Terms & conditions of sale

Due to the recent upheaval of the European VAT systems and the way that HMRC audits export from the UK and European member states, we can only accept purchase orders accompanied with corresponding paperwork from companies registered to pay VAT and duty in their home countries.

All orders, once accepted, are then processed pending payment in full by TT/Chaps bank transfer or cleared funds.

All products are either provided Ex-works or FOB Heathrow, London (CIF can be arranged by prior consent, but will carry a charge). Shipping will be carried out using TNT, FedEx or our London agent if further a field.

Collection can be arranged but VAT will be charged until documented evidence of export is provided.
